Private members' business day was interrupted to consider the Appropriation Bills and the Ageing and Disability Commissioner Bill, which took several hours. We returned to private members business afterwards, finishing at 12.34 am.

We passed two bills & appointed 8 Joint Committees. Contributions to the Address-in-Reply to The Governor's speech continued. We insisted on our amendments to the Ageing & Disability Commissioner Bill, disagreed with by the Assembly.

On Tuesday, the Budget papers 2019-2020 were tabled in the House and consideration of amendments to the Ageing and Disability Commissioner Bill 2019 continued.

On Wednesday the House agreed to the Budget Estimates 2019-2020 timetable for initial hearings and considered the Ageing and Disability Commissioner Bill 2019 in committee of the whole. Ms Jackson also gave her first speech.
